## Added - bcftools filter to all Manta rules to remove all variants with support from fewer than 4 reads. - "--exome" flag to Manta runs on TGA cases to remove MaxDepth filter ## Changed None ## Fixed None ## Removed - MaxDepth from list of filters to keep in bcftools view commands
