Finished analysis status file for Housekeeper

There should be a single file clearly stating that an analysis is finished.

Describe the solution you'd like
Filename something like: analysis_finished. Contents might be date and time the analysis finished, but this is not necessary. This file can be deleted, or with a new appended date.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now there is no finished status file, so there are no other alternatives.

Additional context
MIP creates a YAML file with analysis finished status in that, but it is not a simple approach to consider.

None.

The location of the file should be in the analysis run folder. Otherwise, looking good!
