Can Not Train "computer (advanced)" Due to "HackPRO" Not Being Found

Describe the bug

Due to electronic storage overhaul #79097 the HackPRO software is now located in the new "electronic storage". However, it seems the crafting system can not find it there and the recipe requirement stays red.

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure the HackPRO is available in the character's inventory (on a USB drive). A working notebook is also available;
2. Open the crafting menu (the recipe is favored);
3. Confirm the recipe can not be activated due to "missing" HackPRO.

Expected behavior

I expect the recipe to be in working order.

Additional context

There are also other issues with the new storage system, like message about "incompatible type" when moving the HackPRO from a USB drive into a memory card (a relic from the times when this particular type of software could not be stored anywhere other than USB drive?) or dysfunctional "copy" option (copy protection? There are still "anti-piracy" policies after the cataclysm?).
