Changes the displayed in-game date in Cities: Skylines
Adds a text field in the city info panel allowing any custom date to be entered between 1/1/0001 and 31/12/9999
This mod changes the tick offset value, so no game mechanics are affected
Update! - Date changes are kept when the save game is saved
