This PR:

  • fixes unreviewed documentation
  • removes tons of dead code
  • bug: cluster master inspection didn't work since 2021
  • bug: unhandled errors in OVH and Huaweicloud
  • bug: fixed problems with start/stop and cached state
  • bug: changed timeouts for small cluster expansions and creations
  • bug: check host state 1st before trying to run features
