Three tests are failing. I have had a quick look. In those cases, the runs are completing fine, the restarts just do not seem to be bit-for-bit. I ran one of the failures with debug turned on and then it passed the exact restart test, so this might be an issue with some code and the compiler. Using the same compiler flags, the full CICE test suite passes. I would like to defer the three failures for the time being.
