We have now a 1rst version. it needs to implement:

  • UTC local time correction
  • profiles depending on countries/cells
  • shapped emissions

New function get_temporally_scaled_array can now generate temporraly scaled output, which is more general than the previous implementation.

It should still implement for timezone aware local correction.
