Describe the bug
'Use a qrcode' feature in standard form do not fill the form and return a HTTP 422 error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open /account/create
  2. Click on Use a qrcode button

Expected behavior
The form is filled with decoded data from the uploaded image
