PyEarthworm v1.4

I have updated the library to use Earthworm 7.10+ by default. It also now uses Python 3 by default (tested to Python 3.8.10). It is now fully pip install compliant thank to Chris Malek.

PyEarthworm v1.3

This has added the check flag function so it starts termination on startstops' quit. It now logs more verbose output such as index of added rings, and missed messages if getting info from rings. It does require you add python's logging to stream or file, as specified in the README.

PyEarthworm compiled for various OS. Library is complete, but requires a bit of refinement. Compiled Jun 3, 2019.

This release improves on the last, it fixes a minor bug and adds ample documentation.
