Fixing: * Thunderbold 6 being max level, as TL7 exists. * Removing Telekinesis as it no longer exists *Set Good Level of Smoldering to 0 as the books are already hard to get *Set the good level of mana-related enchants (except Mana Steal, Wisdom and Ultimate Wise) to 5 * Add Flash Enchant to the list
