Unlocks Part Restrictions on Uniques and Legendaries
This will make guns spawn with less part restrictions, using the generation of purples as a base.
Does not touch elemental restrictions yet, maybe in the future.
If you find any extremely over/underpowered combos or guns that do not work, please report to me on Discord.
