Currently today our end to end blob single transfer tests live in the DataMovement.Tests package when they should be living in the DataMovement.Blobs.Tests package.
This is just the first step into moving them over. Moving over the directory tests will be in a separate PR.
I've also moved over the end to end tests testing the properties, which are ignored tests in Files since that feature has not been implemented for Share File to Share File and Share File to Blobs and vice versa.
TODO: Remove old tests in DataMovement.Tests package
