[Storage] Support API version 2022-05-01 #29936

The SDK PR depends on Swagger PR: Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#19357
After the swagger PR merged, I will regenerate the code and update the PR, then the SDK PR should be ready to merge.

Please help to review it early, so we can have a quick merge after swagger PR merged.
