* Azure Object Anchors initial management plane commit

* Added back in missing files

* Addressed versioning concerns, whitespace

* Fixing unintended breaking change that was ingested from the seagger.

* Moving version back in the AssemblyInfo file

* Updating the test recording to the correct requests.

* Moving the AssemblyInfo to match csproj version
