* removing to library * cleanup * fixing two tests for live * removing options, responses, and table_pagers files * removing table_ prefix on files * removing byte_array_response.go file * fixing up two reponses, adding proper comments and fixing samples * removing NewClientFromConnStr * wrong 'to' library
