DeepSeek PHP Client

A lightweight PHP client to interact with the DeepSeek API without any external dependencies.

Requirements

Installation

Using Composer

To install the package via Composer, run the following command:

composer require azozzalfiras/deepseek-api:^1.0

Usage

1. Initialize the Client

require 'vendor/autoload.php'; 

use DeepSeek\DeepSeekClient;

// Replace with your DeepSeek API Key 
// get the api from https://platform.deepseek.com/api_keys

$apiKey = 'your-deepseek-api-key';
$client = new DeepSeekClient($apiKey);

2. Send a Message to the DeepSeek API

// Specify the model
$model = 'deepseek-chat';

$messages = [
    ['role' => 'system', 'content' => 'You are a helpful assistant.'],
    ['role' => 'user', 'content' => 'Hello!']
];

$response = $client->sendMessage($messages, $model);
