Use new usdShade/material vector based API for USD versions beyond 21.05 #1394

The API for the Compute*Source functions in usdShade/material is changing. This change will future proof the callsites.

@dj-mcg please update build.md file to reflect latest supported dev commit. Here is an example change that did it 2b9699a#diff-0ea7c2ec5c45d47502051b4a185cc68ace0b8a560f60742b9017b3f517e9fa8f

build.md updated with latest supported USD sha (current head of dev)
