At the end of the o2checkcode log I see:

++ [[ -e /mnt/mesos/sandbox/sandbox/o2-fullci/sw//CMakeLists.txt ]]

This looks like something might've gone wrong computing O2_SRC on o2checkcode.sh line 19.
