Ao acessar o arquivo pelo link do Location do Hover, ir diretamente para a linha da documentação relacionada.

Encontrado uma forma de implementar o recurso sem necessitar do ajuste do VsCode.

Utilizando links de comando https://code.visualstudio.com/api/extension-guides/command#command-uris
