fix: Dependencies and PAT logging

Description

This PR does two things:

1. Moves dependencies of @adaptive-web/adaptive-ui that are used as runtime dependencies into the 'dependencies' field from 'devDependencies'.
2. Removes undesirable console logging of the input PAT for the aui-figma-compiler CLI.
