This course shall lead to deepened knowledge in designing operating systems. The topics we will cover include concepts of operating systems and systems programming, such as multiprogramming systems (processes, threads, interprocess communication, and synchronization), memory management (segmentation, paging), storage management and file systems, I/O systems (device drivers), security and protection, and data center operating systems.
I attend this course twice because of funny rules of Amirkabir University.
