Safe apps: return safe tx hash

This PR:

• Closes [Safe Apps] Stay in Apps tab after transaction initiation #1109
• Implements changes required for Return information about the tx submitted (if submitted, hash) safe-global/safe-apps-sdk#17
• Minor dependency bumps
• Refactor src/components/Header/index.tsx to be a function component
• Fix mustBeEthereumAddress validator error when passing undefined
• Types/minor refactor of notifications. Make createTransaction use enqueueSnackbar/closeSnackbar actions directly to avoid passing the functions from component
• Allow passing onUserConfirm handler to createTransaction action
• Refactor transaction sending logic in safe apps, extract it to ConfirmTransactionModal component
