Description of the Change
As highlighted in #2263, 3.6.0 should have been flagged as a version that needs a full reindex. This PR addresses that, makes the resync notice more prominent, and also adds an
ep_remote_request_add_ep_user_agentfilter, that allows ElasticPress to send its version in the User-Agent header.Applicable Issues
