Most common issues and fixes:
Issue 1 When opening CELO or opening the Game Watcher you get a message saying: "A Critical error caused the application to crash! The exception has been logged."
Fixes: Open Windows Search and type: Services, open it up and find "Performance Counter DLL Host", Right Click it and set it to Automatic and Start that service. Once that is done, open Windows Search again, type: CMD, Right Click the command prompt and Run as admin. Type: lodctr /r Hit enter, if no error is reported, restart pc and you are good to go. if not then run the cmd as admin again and type: %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\lodctr /r
Issue 2 CELO User interface seems to be laggy or sluggish
Fixes:
- Download and install the latest .Net Framework at Microsoft website
- Download and install DirectX Runtime
- Go to the preferences on CELO and on the "Main" tab uncheck "Use Hardware Acceleration on the UI". Restart CELO (File -> Restart)
