[BUG]同名的区添加后会错误归属 #35

问题描述
部分区名在全国范围内有重名现象，如果搜索该区名，会出现多个结果，但无论添加哪一区，最终显示的天气均为第一个搜索出的区对应的天气。

重现步骤

以“城关区”为例，在搜索栏输入“城关区”，会出现两个结果，分别对应西藏自治区和甘肃省
点击 “甘肃省”对应的城关区
添加后，进入该添加后的城关区的天气显示
出现错误，显示的为西藏自治区城关区的天气
注：即使搜索“兰州”，在此进行添加甘肃省城关区（即没有西藏自治区城关区的结果出现），添加后仍然显示西藏自治区对应的城关区
