Implement Deposit observation for SUI

Describe the Issue
Depends on #3471
and #3474 for the test

• Add observation in ZetaClient to vote and process Deposit event
• Add a E2E tests to test the deposit

Given that in SUI, SUI token is consider a fungible asset like another, we can both integrate "gas" and "erc20" CCTX type in the same PR.
The create CCTX is "gas" is the observed type of the token is the native SUI
