@ws4charlie To be clear, this is related to the fact zetaclientd doesn't pick up new parameters from the chain until the service is restarted. Right? It doesn't seem to be clear what problem it is trying to solve.

yeah it seems the observer updates contract address dynamically
but the signer does not (only query zetacore and set addresses upon startup).

We should change the behavior of signer to update params dynamically as well.
