Automatic refresh

Hi @zanllp love the extension. Would it be possible to add an automatic refresh to the image browser window? I'd like to be generating images in the background and viewing the results via the infinite image browsing tab. If you can point me to the code or function that controls the refresh button that already exists I can probably implement something myself.
