Fcitx 5 does not function normally

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. sudo pacman -Syu
2. Restart WSL

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Fcitx 5 functions normally

Enviroment:

• Windows build number: 10.0.22631.3810
• Security Software: Windows Defender
• WSL version 1/2: WSL2
• ArchWSL version: 24.4.28.0
• ArchWSL Installer type zip/appx/other clean/update: scoop update
• Launcher version: 24042000

It seems to be a problem of WSL. I found the same problem in Ububtu

Solved, but every user needs to be configured separately: microsoft/WSL#10205 (comment)
