Synchronization of common software updates for both PDF & XPD beamlines

Expected Behavior

When some of the data acquisition software & plans (Tseries, Tramp) with different devices (eurotherm, hot air blower etc) are updated, make sure changes are implemented at both the beamlines.

Current Behavior

upgrade is happening at XPD (for example eurotherm new updates ophyd object) and is not implemented at PDF

I think that this needs to be carefully considered and handled on a case by case basis. There may be some times when one beamline is ready for changes but not the other.

@sghose It seems that XPD and PDF have schedules which do not allow for rolling out releases and testing them at both beamlines. Would you be able to comment on this? I don't particularly want to roll out software at XPD without the ability to test it just because PDF got it and did test it.
