Of course, the blank value itself is also an outlier. I want to ask, what algorithm should I use to fill in the blank values ​​to find other types of outliers? Thank you.

Hi, thank you for this good question! To be honest, the algorithms in our research do not take into account outliers. I do not know how to impute outliers as missing values.
