Provide some way to report Dictionary file errors back to user

There are various code in GD that when encounter dict errors, just ignore (Usually accompanied by print error message to stdio which nobody knows exist 😅 ).

I think there should be someway to report the error back, so that users may fix them or know what's wrong.
