cek ur server, dont use cloudflare dns, try installing memchace and memchaced
sudo apt-get install -y php7.3-memcache && sudo apt-get install -y php7.3-memcached
be sure u public IP insert serverconfig.php

Hi, I'm having the same issue, can't open admin panel: Internal Server Error... Failed to open Stream: Permission Denied, does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks
