UI persists stale data in authenticator connected apps list

Description

We are currently using SWR to fetch connected apps list of an authenticator before deleting the authenticator.

Since the UI is persisting stale data when the authenticator is added/removed from an application's login flow, the connections list authenticator grid deletion renders fault modals.

Since this issue only occurs in a specific edge case, we're treating it as a minor bug that doesn't affect the RC.
