Current Limitation

Currently when a different userstore is selected in the console user list and the user creation wizard is opened, the wizard still defaults to primary userstore.

This is not very good UX. Ideall the wizard should have pre-selected whatever the userstore the user was previously in.

Suggested Improvement

When a user creation wizard is opened, it should have the currently selected userstore pre-selected in the wizard as well.
