The BackWPUp plugin adds a menu item to all user roles, including subscribers. This results in an empty submenu, which also causes a graphical glitch in the admin menu interface. The menu should only be visible to users with the admin role.

Steps to Replicate:

Log in to the WordPress admin dashboard with any user role other than Admin (e.g., Subscriber, Editor, Author).
Navigate to the WordPress admin menu.
Observe the BackWPUp menu item visible in the menu.
Clicking it displays an empty submenu, causing a graphical glitch.
Expected Behavior:
The BackWPUp menu item should only be visible in the admin menu for users with the Admin role.

Environment:

BackWPUp version: 5.0.3
