Documentation: Create a page listing main hooks

Currently, there are some particularities in Launchpad for which it is hard for the users to find the solution we put in place.

We would need a page to list all Launchpad important hooks and the particularities.

That page would be in good practice, but it should be mentioned in our documentation about the subscribers as the good practice covers a lot of topics.
