defineDevHostConfig and defineBuildHostConfig should support both index.ts and index.tsx by default.

Maybe it should be implemented in https://github.com/gsoft-inc/wl-web-configs? Not sure.

Could be inspired from: https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/blob/main/packages/react-scripts/config/paths.js#L68
