Describe the bug

Checkout block: In the post editor, stepped sections numbers overlap with the inner block selection

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Checkout block
  2. Click on an inner block
  3. Make sure stepped checkout is enabled
  4. Notice the block selection frame overlapping with the section number

Expected behavior

There should be no overlap
