Let's take this opportunity to improve the signing committee by incorporating more signers, which will provide better endurance to failure of signers.

We need to:

  • Plan the committee size
  • Choose the signers and collect their addresses
  • Potentially spin up signers, if needed
  • Introduce the new committee, guarded by 1.8 TAPI
