Note Popup Preview Shows Top of Note, not Line Content

Hey. The note popup preview when clicking a link in the Main Note will display the "top" first portion of the child-note / annotation instead of the portion from the line location. Hope I am describing this sufficiently. So, if I am creating a link to a very long note and copy it with the line number, the popup in the Main Note does not display content at the Line, but instead only displays the portion that is at the very top of the note.

In this screenshot, the popup displays the top portion of the child-note, despite the link going to a line that is shown on the right.

Is there a way to address this already that I have overlooked, or is it potentially something that could be a feature request?
