[Item] item_Flow_Notes with refreshable Journal Metadata

Description

• A better solution for [Item] item_Flow_Notes #1016 and [Share] Insert-Template 更新Note中期刊分区/IF等信息 zotero-actions-tags#341
• 中英文期刊阅读笔记模板
  • 可以自动提取标题、作者、发表时间、主附件链接、期刊、DOI（含超链接）、期刊中科院升级版分区、影响因子IF、JCR分区
    • 其中【作者、发表时间、主附件链接、期刊、DOI（含超链接）、期刊中科院升级版分区、影响因子IF、JCR分区】等可编辑期刊信息，特别是IF和分区信息每年会发生变化，因此设置为可更新部分
    • 每年发布新的科睿唯安/中科院JCR分区信息和IF后， 利用BN插件的 Update content from template 功能，刷新即可更新Note中的期刊数据信息
  • 此外还包含笔记创建时间（时间格式自定义为包含星期的样式）
• 依赖于Green Frog插件 >= version 0.19.02
• 注意：主代码依赖于[Item]Journal_Data模板，两者均需导出BN模板中！
• 可在此基础上自行编辑，添加更多内容
