After adding a phrase from main screen, an unexpected category's phrases appear

Describe the bug
After adding a phrase from the main screen, an unexpected category's phrases appear on the screen
Note: I couldn't produce this issue on the phone (Galaxy S8 Phone - Android 9)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the main screen
2. Add a phrase to the General by + Add Phrase button

Expected behavior
The phrase is added and on the screen, there are phrases of General

Actual Behavior
The phrase is added. But, on the screen, there are phrases of Environment
