indeed, thanks for spotting this.

There's an src/libsjpeg.pc.in config file already, but CMakeList.txt is not making use of it yet to generate the .pc file.

update: i've quickly tried (and failed) to have cmake generate the .pc from the pc.in.
Probably needs a deeper clean-up of the CMakeList.txt config file.
