http://test.greenbytes.de/tech/tc/httpauth/ has tests that could be converted to some JSON structure. #13189 has a basic template (manual unfortunately).

But given that implementers are somewhat reluctant per httpwg/http-core#136 this is not a priority. (I think implementers are wrong here, FWIW, there's value in having consistent header parsing.)
