Let's evaluate whether to continue the Media Queries 4 focus area in Interop 2024.

It looks like there are some more media-queries tests that aren't passing everywhere: https://wpt.fyi/results/css/mediaqueries?label=master&label=experimental&product=chrome&product=firefox&product=safari&aligned

#280 removed a bunch of tests because they're MQ5 rather than MQ4. If the missing coverage is actually newer features, it feels like focus area is done?
