Update the VD dashboard with the new field

Description

This issue aims to add CTI links into the vulnerability detector information, including alerts and states. This allows the users to navigate the newly created CVE explorer from the UI.

Functional requirements

• Vulnerabilities Inventory table displays by default CVE CTI reference link.
• Vulnerabilities Events data grid displays by default CVE CTI reference link .

Implementation restrictions

• The new field must be rendered as a link.

Plan

• Add CTI CVE reference field to known fields file.
• Add CTI CVE reference field to vulnerabilities tables.
