Related to fabOnReact/react-native-wear-connectivity#33
Requires first completing issue fabOnReact/react-native-wear-connectivity#32

  • add to react-native-watch-connectivity package.json the react-native-wear-connectivity library
  • add to RNWatch.android.ts the sendMessage and receiveMessage react-native-wear-connecitivity APIs.
  • add more APIs to (see RNWatch.ios.ts for the missing APIs in wearOS).
