v0 will provide 2 user flows:
i) play secretBet
ii) provide liquidity to secretBet
we are taking out governance and brokerage features for v0

play secretBet
This is similar to what we have today, Alice can only bet up to 50% of total pool. I.e. if the liquidity is 100 SCRT, Alice can bet up to 50 SCRT

provide liquidity to the house
Alice and other players can provide liquidity to the pool. This model replaces house money with user based liquidity pool. LPs to the pool get fees from each player (if Bob loses Bob's bet goes to the pool, if Bob wins - there's a 2% fee that goes back to the pool). The expected size of the pool grows over time, creating yield for LPs. For this we would need to add uniswap like LP tokens.
