"Undefined" when click place order

please help me, when I click "Place Order" Button it show "Undefined", could you please tell why this happened?

Can you check your network log (Open web inspector and click network tab) and see the response of the ajax call when clicking 'Place Order' button

here's what i got, what does it mean?

same goes with your default files, it say udefined when I click the product + or -, on the bottom section there are no items display and total amount is zero.
